Senior Workday Adaptive Consultant – ERP Integration, Adaptive Insights, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), Oracle PBCS, Anaplan, Consultant, Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant, Financial Models, ERP Integration, Planning Solutions, SaaS (Software as a Service), CPM Tools – Permanent - Remote - £60,000 - £80,000 + OTE

As a Senior Workday Adaptive Consultant, you’ll support the delivery of planning and reporting solutions across industries, from small businesses to large enterprises. You will manage all project lifecycle stages, from building models to maintaining client relationships. Autonomy in your work is essential, and regular travel, including overnight stays, is involved.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience with CPM tools like Adaptive Insights, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), Oracle PBCS, or Anaplan
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and understanding of cloud and SaaS technologies
• Client-focused, self-driven, and commercially aware
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Experience with ERP systems and financial data integration is a plus
• Finance background with experience in financial models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget, aligned with client goals
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and risk management
• Apply analytical thinking and sound judgment to solve problems and propose solutions
• Assess client needs quickly and propose tailored solutions
• Manage workload efficiently in a dynamic environment
