An award winning financial services firm, known for their amazing culture, are looking for a Marketing Automation Executive to join their growing BD team. The role will be based in their London office and will focus on the supporting and implementation of Marketo. The role will sit in the marketing operations team in the marketing and BD department and will report to the CRM Manager.

The Responsibilities:

• Ensure that Marketo workspaces and templates are aligned with the team’s requirements, collaborating with agency support as needed.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop the email marketing strategy, including the creation of compelling and impactful emails for target audiences.
• Monitor email delivery rates and strive for ongoing improvements, through implementing an effective email sending and segmentation strategy.
• Responsible for daily operation of the system, encompassing creating and overseeing forms, landing pages, and nurture programs.
• Support the CRM manager to integrate Marketo with the CRM (MS D365) and assist in the integration of additional platforms into Marketo.
• Understand and evaluate campaign metrics, develop benchmarks, and support the reporting of campaign performance.
• Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth.
• Provide day-to-day assistance to Marketo users, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries and escalations.

The Candidate:

• Experience working with Marketo, within B2B professional or financial services.
• Capable of thinking creatively and identifying ways to support the Campaigns team.
• An energetic and enthusiastic individual with a strong passion for marketing automation, possessing hands-on experience utilising Marketo.
