Consumer Senior Account Director / Associate Director, London

I’m looking for a talented Senior Account Director/Associate Director to join the team. You will lead the strategic and creative direction of a portfolio of client accounts, helping to shape compelling programmes and campaigns that drive results. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can approach challenges in innovative ways, while leading a talented team of experts. Senior Account Director / Associate Director Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic and creative direction for a portfolio of clients, ensuring the successful delivery of innovative and impactful campaigns.
• Manage and inspire a team of 8+ individuals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Provide senior-level counsel to clients, including crisis management when needed, ensuring the agency remains agile and responsive to client needs.
• Drive organic growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts, ensuring long-term client relationships and success.
• Oversee and direct new business pitches, guiding teams from brief development through to pitch and onboarding.
• Responsible for financial forecasting, team resourcing, and growth plans for accounts.
• Contribute to agency-wide initiatives, including people plans, marketing strategies, and client development.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Senior Account Director or Associate Director in a communications agency, with a strong portfolio of client-facing roles.
• Experience managing accounts with significant budgets and driving account growth.
• Expertise in consumer brand communications, with a broad understanding of the integrated communications landscape.
• A creative and strategic thinker with the ability to approach challenges differently and innovatively.
• Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing teams and delivering best-in-class results.
• A can-do attitude, with the ability to thrive under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
