We currently have vacancies for a full-time Advice Support Administrator.

Responsibilities

The main role of the Advice Support Administrator will be to support our busy Debt Advice Team in all aspects of their work. This will include, but is not limited to, the following tasks: verifying information provided by our customers and collated by our debt advisers, drafting of paperwork in preparation for our customers to apply for their chosen debt solutions, debt advice & fact finding calls with our customers, information gathering calls with creditors, including HMRC and local authorities, and administrative tasks to support the management of our Advice team.

All tasks must be undertaken, ensuring that the company's focus on providing an excellent level of customer service is always maintained, with an emphasis on meeting and exceeding the expectations of our customers and other stakeholders.

Qualifications / Experience

Previous experience in Debt Advice or with a Financial Services and/or Customer Service background, at least 1 year - Desirable
