What You'll Be Doing
- Proactively source your own leads through research, building your own pipeline.
- Conduct daily outreach to businesses, making 30-50 outbound calls, connecting with key decision-makers.
- Drive sales and reach targets by converting leads into active clients.
- Manage customer accounts to increase their spend and satisfaction by building strong relationships.
- Operate professionally, adhering to all FCA regulations to ensure trust and client confidence.
We're Looking For
- Proven success in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales Development; B2B experience is ideal but not essential.
- A demonstrated track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with customers over the phone.
- An adaptable mindset and a creative approach to handling situations throughout the sales cycle.
- Prior experience in Fintech or Financial Services is a plus.

Interview Process
First stage: 30 minute intro and values call with Talent Partner
Second stage: 60 minute in-person interview with Sales Managers and a chance to meet the current team
