About the Service
The Brokerage Service is a highly professional operation within Adult Social Services, aiming to source care and complete contracts for Norfolk’s adults. With an ageing population, arranging care plays a pivotal role in Adult Social Care.
Responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day management and supervision of Contracts Officers, ensuring high‑quality customer service and delivery against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Work closely with the Management Team and build relationships with key stakeholders to guarantee top‑quality service.
- Contractual quality control, interpreting data, managing complex issues, and enabling providers to invoice within agreed timescales.
- Lead and develop a new team to high performance, fostering a professional, hard‑working, personable, and organised culture.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Social Services is an advantage.
