Overview
Property Manager (Non-Portfolio / Project Focus) role at TieTalent. This position is fully home-based with national project responsibility. Salary is up to £38k plus £4.5k car allowance, pension, and corporate benefits.
Our client is expanding its Building Safety team with Property Managers who want to shift from portfolio management to project management, focusing on building safety, remediation, and compliance with evolving regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee repair and remediation works on a large scale nationally, including site visits and contractor management/liaison.
- Operate without managing a property portfolio and avoid day-to-day resident budgets or maintenance queries.
- Organise whereabouts to ensure timely completion of projects to standard and budget, with office visits to Head Office every 6 weeks.
- Engage with elements of Fire Safety equipment, lifts, M&E, Fire Doors, and Cladding as part of compliance focus.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Property Manager, not necessarily senior or holding specific qualifications (ATPI / IOSH would be beneficial).
- Strong focus on project management within property, including site visits and contractor liaison.
- Good general understanding of fire safety, lifts, M&E, fire doors, and cladding is preferable.
