Newly/Recently Qualified: ACA/ACCA – Audit & Accounts Senior, Buckinghamshire

A Top 100 accounting firm and recognized employer of choice based in Buckinghamshire is seeking a newly qualified ACA or ACCA professional to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver high-quality audit, accounting, and advisory services to a diverse client base with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead audits from planning through to completion
• Prepare and review statutory accounts
• Liaise directly with clients and build lasting relationships
• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members

Required Experience & Skills:

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or soon to be qualified)
• Prior experience in a practice environment
• Strong communication, analytical, and client relationship skills
• Ability to manage ad hoc projects independently and proactively

Salary & Benefits will vary depending on level of experience: Salary £45,000-£55,000, Hybrid working 3 days in office and wider benefits.
