Astute and flexible Registered Chartered Accountant wanted to fill in the role of a Financial Manager.
Exposure to the following:
- Revenue forecasting and revenue recognition.
- Profitability and margin reports.
- Monthly management accounts.
- Journal posting and balance sheet reconciliations
- Comprehensive analysis and feedback on individual company, as well as the groups financial performance.
- Cashflow management.
- Support on pitches.
- Business Intelligence reports.
- Support the internal team with the operating system.
- Legal compliance support.
- Review of annual financial statements of the group of companies.
- Understanding of HMRC submissions of companys tax returns and payments
- Prepare, review, and monitor budgets
- Audit assistance and compilation of the audit files.
- Ensure that financial records are in line and updated with full IFRS requirements.
- Ad-hoc projects that requires a finance lead
Qualifications and experience:
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Professional communication skills
- Excel and modelling
- Creating statutory accounts
- Ability to delegate and manage the work of others
- Experience of AP and AR
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CA(SA)
- UK experience will be beneficial
- Experience running annual audit
- 2+ years post articles experience in a similar role.
