Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements and ensure compliance with UK GAAP/IFRS.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, monitoring performance against targets.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and support audit processes.
- Develop and implement internal financial controls.
- Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification required.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in manufacturing or packaging.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and technical accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
