As a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with Barchester, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding care across both our care homes and hospital services. About You

• Current NMC registration (RGN/RMN)
• Strong knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices
• Experience in producing care plans and detailed risk assessments
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks (DoLs/MCA, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines)
• Compassionate, person-centred approach with a commitment to excellence
