Role Overview
With continued expansion we are opening a Waterloo, London, SE1 office. This senior consultant role is focused on recruiting management staff within a Rail Recruitment Desk on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have a wide brief to recruit all forms of Rail Professionals across multiple disciplines, including P‑way and Signalling, for large national contractors and smaller regional contractors. Your recruits will be predominantly at management level.
Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment of management staff within the Rail sector.
- Develop and grow a dedicated section, with the opportunity to manage your own team.
- Use proven head‑hunting techniques to identify and attract candidates for a range of rail roles.
- Build and maintain relationships with national and regional contractors.
- Drive billings and achieve commission targets through strategic management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience recruiting management staff, preferably within a Rail Recruitment Desk.
- Entrepreneurial flair, strong motivation and passion for recruitment.
- Good working knowledge of the residential development sector (preferred but not mandatory).
- Desire to headhunt prospective candidates and develop headhunting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
