This role holds overall responsibility for delivering the management agreement with both current and future landlords, and for overseeing all residential real estate matters that contribute to the effective and cost‑efficient delivery of the service charge at the Client Site serving 686 residents across five blocks. Winning the hearts and minds of residents will be pivotal to the success of this role. A strong working knowledge of leasehold frameworks, property law, taxation, insurance, service charge accounting, client relationship management, compliance, and risk management is essential. You will also be expected to assertively and passionately communicate the business vision to the wider team.
