About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven sales professional to manage a team of Sales Managers, mentor and develop talent, and drive business growth across key markets.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Proven sales management experience in the Gas, LPG/LNG industries
Strong mentoring and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
Ability to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
Commercial mindset with a track record of achieving sales, profit, and margin targets.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Full UK driving licence and ability to travel as required.
Competent with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
