SYR - Shoreside Maritime Recruitment is seeking a Sales Manager for a prestigious brand in the superyacht industry, specializing in yacht coatings and paint. The company has experienced solid growth and is now looking to enhance its operational focus by hiring a commercial professional to generate new leads and expand business.

Responsibilities include:

1. Representing the business at international shows and events
2. Setting and tracking business development targets
3. Identifying new business opportunities
4. Gathering customer information to prepare quotations
5. Inputting data into the company CRM to monitor progress
6. Acting as a brand ambassador
7. Driving lead generation through social media content

The ideal candidate will have experience and a network within the luxury yachting sector, particularly at the new build or refit level. A well-established contact list will enable targeted lead generation and conversion.

This autonomous role involves extensive travel and offers growth opportunities both financially and in team development. The position is considered remote, with the ability to travel easily within Europe without visa requirements.
