Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with Irish-speaking clients, understanding their specific needs and challenges
- Respond to client inquiries, providing timely and effective resolutions to enhance their experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and support of solutions
- Provide insights and recommendations based on client feedback to improve service delivery
- Conduct training and orientation sessions for clients to empower them in using our products and services
- Stay updated on industry trends and our solutions to provide knowledgeable support
Requirements
- Fluency in Irish (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is highly desirable
- Previous experience in client support or a related field is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a client-centric approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and projects while maintaining a high level of service
