Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Group Account Manager to join our team. As a Group Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization and make a significant impact.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with allocated client-base to foster loyal clients.
- Regular communication and liaison with clients at a senior level.
- Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach the company's sales target.
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts client-base to up-sell and cross-sell our services.
- Attend networking events and meetings in order to build client-base.
- Manage and solve conflicts with clients.
- Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account.
- Liaise with Operations Manager for information regarding daily operations of the Company and keep the Client updated establish budgets with the client and company.
- The organisation of client feedback.
- Keep CRM updated with client activity.
- Generating accurate reports and status notifications.
- Any other duties as may be reasonably requested.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Salesforce management and driving sales growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: In person (Brentwood with site visits into London)
Pay: £36,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
