We are hiring for our client - a highly regarded legal firm - who are seeking a Senior Associate - Family Law to join their growing team. This is a rare opportunity to step into a dynamic, well-respected practice known for its supportive environment, strong client base, and commitment to career development.
This Senior Associate - Family Law role offers long-term potential and is open to candidates based in either Glasgow or Edinburgh. Our client is known for their exceptional culture and market-leading service in family law matters across the region.

The Role
* Advise and manage a diverse range of Family Law matters including financial provision, divorce, cohabitation, and child law
* Represent clients in both Sheriff Court and Court of Session matters
* Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members where appropriate
* Build strong client relationships and contribute to the strategic growth of the department
* Work closely with senior leadership on high-value and complex cases
The Person
* Qualified solicitor in Scotland with strong experience in Family Law
* Ideally 6-8 years PQE, but applications from those with more or slightly less will be considered
* Strong court experience and excellent client-handling skills
* Confident, compassionate, and solutions-focused
* A team player with an interest in mentoring and growing within a leading practice
