Sales Negotiator

Overview

Proper Recruitment are supporting a top London estate agent with their search for a bright and ambitious sales negotiator for their busy branch in South East London. Prior experience working in sales is advantageous.

Location: South East London

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
• Conducting viewings and market appraisals
• Negotiating offers and closing sales
• Providing expert advice to clients
• Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets
• Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends

Requirements

• Experience in sales, preferably within the property sector
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• A full UK driving licence

On Target Earnings (OTE)

• Company car
• Incentivised trips
