• Conduct title checks, draft contracts, and manage the conveyancing process.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other legal professionals.
• Provide high-quality legal advice and maintain excellent client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and stay up to date with changes in property law.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in residential property law.
