The Advertiser Experience EUI team collectively provides support in the EUI region to drive improvement regionally and globally. The team plays a critical role in driving initiatives to mitigate risks in Ads and Commerce, ensuring high advertising quality on our platform.
As a Program Manager in our Advertiser Experience EUI team, you will partner directly with our clients in collaboration with the Sales team to enhance advertisers' experience on our platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Policy, Training, and Operations to assess and optimize existing services, providing qualitative and quantitative feedback on emerging issues.
Additionally, you will develop strategic playbooks and initiatives in the EUI region driving support each quarter and each half, driving improvements.
