Position Overview

As ourWarehouse and Logistics Specialistin Milton Keynes, you manage inbound/outbound goods, coordinate logistics, and uphold Manda’squality standards. You’ll communicate regularly with head office to align shipping schedules withglobalprocurement and sales decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of data center equipment, ensuring accurate inventory logs and minimal downtime.
• Carry outquality checksbefore final shipments, reporting any discrepancies to thehead officeprocurement lead.
• Arrange local freight carriers and schedule dispatches according to head officeinstructions on timing and priority.
• Maintain safety, security, and compliance standards in the warehouse.
• Provide operational updates and monthly stock audits to the finance and procurement teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or logistics environments—ideally handling IT or electronic goods.
• Familiarity with stock control systems.
• Strong attention to detail and an understanding of cross-border shipping documentation.
• Clear communicator who is comfortablecoordinatingwith the management team.
