Reporting to the Programme Lead, the Housing First & RSAP Project Manager ensures delivery of the national profile Greater Manchester Housing First programme by managing coordination of the complex cross‑sectoral multi‑organisation GMHF partnership. The role also manages delivery of the support services for the GM Rough Sleeper Accommodation Programme (GM‑RSAP).

You will be responsible for robust contract and relationship management of the multi‑disciplinary partners; ensuring outcome targets are met within budget and a high quality service is delivered.

You will develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders from a wide variety of partner organisations; ensuring clear and effective communication and leading a multi‑functional internal team for the effective operational delivery of the partnership.
