BettingJobs are seeking a Business Development Manager for an established and successful iGaming company to join their team based in the UK.

Responsibilities:

Developed and executed strategic sales and marketing plans to drive growth, increase market presence, and meet revenue targets.
Identified and secured new business opportunities and partnerships, leading contract negotiations and closing mutually beneficial deals.
Managed the entire customer acquisition process, acting as the primary point of contact and delivering tailored solutions.
Conducted comprehensive market and competitor research to inform strategy, identify trends, and maintain a competitive edge.
Adapted sales and marketing approaches in response to regulatory, technological, and market changes within the web/software development industry.
Maintained up-to-date knowledge of provider products and upcoming releases to effectively present solutions to clients.
Ensured smooth customer onboarding and facilitated a seamless transition to Account Managers for ongoing support.
Led initiatives to improve customer experience, brand awareness, and product adoption across retail and digital channels.
Monitored performance metrics, conducted product and team reviews, and made data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
Built and maintained relationships with key industry stakeholders including sponsors, partners, and affiliates.
Represented the company at industry events, conferences, and expos to enhance visibility and network strategically.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in BA, Marketing or related field
Strong understanding of the iGaming market and trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
