Buyer - Menswear - sw London

Are you passionate about fashion, driven by results, and ready to take the next step in your buying career? We're looking for a talented Menswear Buyer to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping and delivering commercial, high-quality ranges that excite our customers.

As a Buyer, you'll support the Head of Buying in developing profitable product ranges from concept through to store delivery. You'll use your strong market awareness to identify new opportunities, manage supplier relationships, and ensure collections are produced on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

This is a hands‑on role where you'll work closely with design, merchandising, and technical teams to create well‑balanced ranges, negotiate costs with suppliers, and maximise trading opportunities. With your keen eye for product and strong commercial acumen, you'll help drive sales growth while ensuring customers get the best possible quality and value.

Key responsibilities:

• Delivering ranges from proto stage to in‑store launch
• Identifying and presenting new product opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships
• Negotiating costs to achieve margin targets
• Monitoring product development and ensuring on‑time delivery
• Working collaboratively with design, merchandising, and technical teams

What we're looking for:

• Experience in a similar buying role within Menswear
• Strong sourcing and supplier management skills (Bangladesh/China)
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organisational abilities
• A proactive, energetic, and commercially focused approach
