Who Can Apply
This is a mid‑level position, but we welcome applicants with little or no experience.
What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional support in Danish and English through chats, emails, and calls.
- Advise clients and partners on flights, products, prices, fares, and services, playing a key role in our client’s success.
- Identify client needs and proactively suggest solutions.
- Assist customers with travel‑related issues.
What We Need
- Proficiency in Danish and English, both written and spoken (C1 level preferred, but personality and skills can make a difference).
- A positive attitude and a love for communicating with customers and colleagues.
- Experience in customer service and CRM tools is a plus, but not a must.
