Role Description

This is a hybrid role based in UK and India for a Founder's Associate. The Founder's Associate will work closely with the founder and senior leadership team to support strategic initiatives, manage high-priority projects, and contribute to decision-making processes. The role involves conducting market research, preparing reports and presentations, managing stakeholder relationships, and identifying growth opportunities to support the company's mission.

Qualifications

• Analytical and research skills, with experience in market analysis and business intelligence
• Project management and organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to identify opportunities and propose actionable insights
• Experience or interest in healthcare, AI, or technology-driven solutions is a plus
• A degree in Business, Tech, Healthcare Management, or related fields preferred
• Proficiency in creating reports and presentations using tools like Microsoft Office or similar
• Self-motivation and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
