Supervisor

Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Redruth. As a Supervisor at Wolseley Plumb Centre, you will oversee daily operations, manage and support staff, maintain inventory, and ensure customer satisfaction by providing expert advice and high-quality service. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, assisting with staff training and development, and facilitating effective communication between team members and management.

Qualifications
