New Business Development Manager / Cyber Security Sales Executive - Remote Role
Monthly sales meeting in Birmingham. Excellent Basic + OTE £80k‑£120k.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Microsoft security technologies, solutions and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their security needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
- Utilize the company’s CRM system to manage leads, opportunities and pipeline effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to maximise campaign success and lead generation.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, benefiting from an amazing bonus structure.
- Stay up to date with Microsoft’s evolving security stack and industry trends.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in cyber‑security sales, ideally within a Microsoft Partner environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft security technologies or modern workplace solutions.
- Excellent relationships with customers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and consultative selling approaches.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and forecast accurately.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Desirable Attributes
- Ambition to progress into a Sales Director role.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining individual accountability.
