Business Development Manager
Location: Thetford, Norfolk
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of profitable new business opportunities.
- Promote and sell contracted services across a range of commercial sectors within the designated territory.
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and present strategic sales plans, reports, and forecasts.
- Work closely with Regional Commercial and Depot Managers to align on campaigns and localised strategies.
- Serve as the primary contact for prospective clients—establishing trust and delivering tailored solutions.
- Lead pricing discussions and design bespoke service packages to meet individual client requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrable success in new business sales, preferably within contracted services.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Outstanding skills in prospecting, relationship‑building, and negotiation.
- Highly self‑motivated, results‑driven, and confident working independently.
- Must hold a full UK Driving Licence.
What’s on Offer
