My client is a highly respected UK national residential developer specialising in new build developments within London and the Home Counties.

Salary: up to £65,000 (Temp to Perm)
Location: Buckinghamshire
Regions: Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire

Job description & Responsibilities

My client is looking to add to their growing team with the addition of a number of Site and Senior Site Manager’s on a number of residential developments in the Bucks and Bedfordshire areas. The developments consist of luxury apartments ranging from 1-4 bedrooms and 2, 3 and 4 bedroom town houses and require a strong team to see the developments through.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working for a residential developer on traditional build schemes consisting of town houses and apartments.
• Experience in RC Frame would be a bonus.
• Experience from inception through to completion
• Valid CSCS Black Card (Desirable), SMSTS, first aid and a member of CIOB is desirable but not essential.
