They are now hiring their first Operations Executive to help power the day-to-day magic behind our campaigns — a unique blend of tech, operations, and hands-on production. This is a vital role that will grow as the company grows.
Manage the full lifecycle of client campaigns — from setup, robot configuration, and QA to physically stuffing, stamping, and posting finished letters/cards.
Operate and maintain our growing fleet of handwriting robots — ensure they’re always running smoothly, troubleshoot issues, and work with the owner to improve reliability and output.
Keep an eye on campaign timelines and client expectations. Communicate internally to ensure we deliver exceptional service and meet SLAs across multiple client accounts.
Spot inefficiencies or bottlenecks in how campaigns are managed and fulfilled. Bring ideas and help implement smarter ways of working.
This is not just an ops role — it’s a foundational opportunity with growth into running full client contracts, managing new hires, scaling infrastructure, and playing a pivotal role in the future of the company.
Support in day to day help in the office with the owner, such as stationery management, lead generation, postage and inbound enquiries.
