We are currently looking for a MEP DfMA Lead who will work in our Building Services Operating Unit; you will provide strategic and technical leadership for Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) across Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) services on major healthcare infrastructure programmes.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with NHS Trusts, ICBs, Department of Health, and local authorities.
- Define and execute the delivery strategy for DfMA solutions and in mega healthcare projects, ensuring alignment with NHS and government frameworks.
- Oversee master programme development, phasing, and logistics planning for live hospital environments.
- Ensure compliance with HTM/HBN standards, NHS guidelines, and statutory regulations.
- Lead and inspire the functional team ensuring all employees have current performance reviews and learning plans, that succession plans are in place and that the team is positively engaged.
Qualifications
- Define and lead the MEP DfMA strategy aligned to NHP repeatable hospital objectives.
- Embed DfMA principles from concept through detailed design.
- Develop and maintain standardised, repeatable MEP assemblies and product platforms.
- Ensure compliance with HTM/HBN standards and statutory regulations.
- Lead engagement with manufacturing partners and OEMs.
