Are you passionate about inspiring KS2 learners and making a real impact in local schools? Monarch Education is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled KS2 Subject/Classroom Specialist to work across welcoming and well-resourced Primary Schools in Wantage.
Whether you're an experienced primary teacher or a confident specialist in subjects such as English, Maths, Science or Humanities, this role gives you the flexibility, variety, and support you need to thrive.

What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering engaging learning across Key Stage 2
- Bringing specialist subject knowledge to boost attainment and confidence
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Adapting your approach to meet the needs of different learners
- Working collaboratively with school staff to ensure consistency for pupils
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), ECT, or equivalent teaching experience
- Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum
- A passion for supporting children's learning and development
- Reliability, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
- Experience working in primary settings (desirable but not essential)
