Patient Services Manager

A well-established Healthcare provider, with a Leeds-based Head Office, are looking for a new Head of Private Services to join their team!

You will be responsible for supervising, supporting and motivating a Private Services team to deliver an exceptional patient service across a range of private healthcare functions.

This is a brand-new role, ensuring that all inbound enquiries are managed efficiently, key team KPIs are met, and supporting patients through the full patient journey (from enquiry, to booking, through to follow ups).

You will report to the Managing Director, whilst overseeing day-to-day operations of a Private Services Team. Through a blend of Business Development and operational experience, you will monitor performance against KPIs, build key relationships with clinicians, and drive business growth through maintaining high standards and maximising patient satisfaction. You will play a key role in supporting the growth objectives if this private healthcare provider.

About You:

• Experienced in team management and driving growth within a private healthcare setting.
• Previous Business Development background, with demonstratable commercial awareness.
• Strong leadership and people development skills, with a track record of improving team capability and performance.
• Confident communicator, both written and verbally.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Promote a patient-focused culture, that is both performance-driven and aligned with company values.
• Overseeing the private patient services department including day-to-day operations, conducting 1-to-1s, performance reviews, growth and development and setting KPIs
• Building strong relationships with clinicians to improve decision making process, drive new opportunities and increase private service offering. Ensure alignment across departments and develop retention strategies to ensure consultants are satisfied.
• Own and continuously improve the patient journey, from enquiry to discharge and follow up. Continuously review to ensure positive patient experience.
• Step in when needed as a first point of contact for escalated and complex cases.

Where You'll Be Based:

Your Head Office will be based in Outer-Leeds and is easily commutable from surrounding areas and has decent public transport links and car parking available.
