Staff Network Engineer - Global Campus & Site Delivery

* Act as network design authority for new office builds and major refits* Partner with Facilities and Construction teams during: Site selection, Design development, Construction and pre-handover phases* Translate business, occupancy, and growth requirements into scalable Cisco campus designs and capacity plans* Define network-related requirements for construction RFPs and vendor scopes* Approve network deliverables prior to site acceptance* Participate in site surveys, design reviews, and construction readiness assessments* Ensure network designs align with building constraints, timelines, and regulatory requirements* Design and approve structured cabling systems: Cat6 / Cat6A, Single-mode and multi-mode fiber* Define and approve: MDF / IDF locations, Rack layouts and elevations, Pathways, tray, and conduit requirements, Labeling and documentation standards* Ensure compliance with: TIA-568 / 569 / 606, IEEE 802.3 (Ethernet & PoE), IEEE 802.11 (Wireless), ISO/IEC 11801* Local building and fire codes* Review and approve: Copper and fiber test results, OTDR reports, Acceptance documentation* 7–10+ years of enterprise network engineering experience* Cisco CCNP Enterprise (required)* Proven experience delivering new office builds from start to finish* Strong hands-on experience with: Cisco Catalyst switching, Cisco wireless (9800), Cisco SD-WAN, Cisco Firepower, Cisco ISE* Strong understanding of structured cabling and facilities requirements* Willingness to travel internationally* Ability to operate independently within construction timelines and onsite constraints* Experience with automation and scripting* Familiarity with AI-enabled monitoring or AIOps platforms* CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure (written or in progress)* Experience defining global network standards* Experience mentoring engineers* Strong automation and validation mindset* Act as the final technical authority for site readiness* Strong collaboration with non-technical stakeholders* Ownership of outcomes from design through delivery* You approve designed and acceptance criteria* Comfort operating in unstructured, high-ambiguity environments and the ability to represent the network team as the technical authority onsite.### Join our Talent Community.Genesys(R) empowers more than 8,000 organizations worldwide to create the best customer and employee experiences.
