We’re looking for a Senior National Account Manager who is commercially sharp, driven, resilient and comfortable rolling up their sleeves. The role requires pace, tenacity and confidence. You’ll work with two of the UK’s biggest retailers, including the number‑one retailer in the country, in a role that blends hands‑on commercial delivery with growing strategic influence.


As our portfolio and partnerships expand, this position offers meaningful visibility, autonomy and a strong platform for long‑term development.


The opportunity

You’ll partner closely with the Head of Sales to deliver the UK fragrance strategy, owning retail and net sales performance, shaping strategic account plans and identifying new opportunities to accelerate category growth. The role is hands‑on, commercially focused and increasingly strategic as the business evolves.


You will also take on direct report responsibilities, supporting capability development and helping shape how our brands show up in‑store and online.
