Garston Veterinary Group is looking for an experienced veterinary leader ready to take the next step in their career. As our Lead Clinical Director, you’ll guide clinical standards across a large and progressive practice, lead an exceptional team of 24 vets and 50+ nurses, and help shape the strategic direction of a well-established, forward-thinking veterinary group.
With advanced facilities, a 24/7 RCVS-accredited hospital, and a collaborative leadership team, this role offers the autonomy, scale, and support to truly make your mark.
Our vets meet monthly on Teams and come together quarterly for an in‑person breakfast meeting, giving all clinicians a voice in shaping our protocols and services. We’re passionate about clear communication, celebrating achievements, and encouraging regular feedback from the whole Garston team, something we believe is essential in the veterinary profession.
