We’re hiring an Associate Director, Paid Media in our London team. In this role you will lead the design, execution, and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns across a diverse channel mix for leading charities, nonprofits, and corporate CSR programmes.

The Media team in London is small, close‑knit, and offers significant opportunities for growth and learning. We support personal development through a dedicated fund and encourage collaboration across disciplines.

We work in a hybrid model – in‑office presence is required two days per week. Remote work flexibility is available.
