Due to continued growth they are looking for a number of serious injury solicitors/fee earners at various levels.
Description
As a Serious Injury Solicitor your duties will include:
- Manage a varied caseload of serious injury claims from inception to settlement.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring their best interests are represented.
- Draft legal documents and correspondence related to serious injury cases.
- Negotiate settlements and liaise with third parties, insurers, and medical professionals.
- Conduct legal research to support case strategies and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant and regulatory frameworks.
- Maintain accurate and detailed case records.
- Contribute to the development of the department's best practices and procedures.
Profile
A successful Serious Injury Solicitor should have:
- A qualified solicitor status with a specialism in serious injury or personal injury law.
- Proven ability to manage a complex caseload effectively.
- Strong negotiation and client communication skills.
- Familiarity with research tools and techniques.
- A keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of documentation.

Job Offer
