Company Overview

Our client is a fast-growing SaaS HR business primarily focused on the Australian, USA and UK markets. They are looking for a legal counsel to oversee UK operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate and manage SaaS contracts.
• Ensure compliance with UK and EU GDPR (data protection).
• Research and advise on the EU AI Act and related AI regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with at least 6 years PQE.
• Strong interest or experience in data protection laws and AI legislation.
