Job Length: Permanent

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, working on a Monday to Friday basis.

About the role:

Manage one of our production units at Carlsberg Britvic as a Production Unit Manager, where you'll shape performance, safety, and culture on site in Leeds. You'll inspire and develop effective teams, lead continuous improvement, and deliver results across safety, quality, cost, and productivity using zero-loss and lean principles. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manufacturing leader who wants real ownership, accountability, and the chance to shape outcomes on site within a business behind some of the UK's most iconic brands.
