A respected commercial law firm is seeking an experienced Construction Solicitor (5+ years PQE) to join its expanding Construction team. This opportunity offers exposure to a broad mix of contentious and non‑contentious work, supporting major commercial, residential and infrastructure projects.
Role Responsibilities
- Advising on construction documentation including building contracts, professional appointments, warranties, and project agreements.
- Managing construction disputes through adjudication, mediation and litigation.
- Providing commercially focused, solution‑driven advice tailored to client objectives.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across commercial, real estate and litigation teams.
- Running your own caseload while assisting on complex, high‑value matters.
About You
- A qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in construction law.
- Confident handling both contentious and non‑contentious matters.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
- Commercially astute with a proactive, client‑focused approach.
- Organised, efficient and comfortable managing multiple deadlines.
