Store Manager

Our client is a leading menswear retailer with stores and concessions across the UK, operating for over 75 years. The business is expanding and seeks an experienced Store Manager for its menswear store at Swindon Designer Outlet, Unit 103 Kemble Drive, Swindon, SN2 2DY.

Responsibilities

• Manage the store and team.
• Organise staff rotas.
• Drive sales and oversee customer service.
• Merchandise stock.
• Operate till and card machine.

Salary and Benefits

• £35K OTE, including competitive bonus and commission.

Work Hours

40 hours per week between store opening times. Additional hours may be required to cover staff shortages or busy periods.

Qualifications

Must have managerial experience within a fashion retail environment.
