Store Manager Role
Supported by colleagues overseas, you will be the prime business operator accountable for all on‑site activities. Your role will involve managing store protocols, infrastructure, staffing, and the achievement of trading goals.
Responsibilities
- Drive standards to be best of market expectation across all retail aspects.
- Ensure inventory security, in‑store visual merchandising, team setup, and delivery of optimal client service protocols at each client encounter.
- Communicate effectively with your team, international colleagues, local suppliers, and service providers.
- Coordinate press and industry liaison activities to promote the brand.
Requirements
- Experience managing a solo store, ideally within the jewellery trade.
- Demonstrated ability to build and develop a team and brand presence.
- Capacity for forward planning, scheduling, and staffing optimisation to achieve commercial gains.
- Strategic thinking to maximise profitability while maintaining client satisfaction in store.
