Store Manager Designate

Join us during an exciting period of growth as we expand from 231 stores to 300. We are seeking a highly motivated Store Manager Designate to fast‑track their development and become a future Store Manager.

This role is crucial to support our operations and prepare to lead your own store across several key London locations: Chadwell Heath, Edmonton, Barking, Waltham Cross, Canning Town, and Tottenham.

The Role

The role of Store Manager Designate is essential and offers significant growth opportunities. You will manage your workload while keeping the safety of others—hygiene, personal safety, customers, and co‑workers—at the forefront of your mind. You will deliver a customer‑centric experience and bring a winning mindset to the team.

• Organise and work with your team to achieve sales and service targets.
• Motivate colleagues and serve customers, ensuring the right products are available and promotions are up to date.

About You

We are looking for an experienced store manager with a proven track record, a ‘can‑do’ spirit, financial acumen, KPI experience and recruitment skills. You will be able to identify and develop talent, recruit great team members, set targets and achieve them.
