Through amazing & continued brand growth, we’ve been opening up more and more of our beautiful little Mamas & Papas concession stores. We’re therefore looking to recruit a CONCESSION DEPUTY STORE MANAGER for one of our Mamas & Papas concession stores in Warrington within M&S.
As a DEPUTY MANAGER for this concession store, you will work as a team with the Concession Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the store, in creating the store experience and in achieving store KPIs. Additionally, you will manage a team of Mamas & Papas supervisors and sales assistants, supporting and motivating them, inspiring and developing them, and always leading by example.
