We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Business Transformation team and play a critical role in delivering our flagship Underwriting Workbench programme. This permanent opportunity places you at the centre of a major strategic initiative aimed at modernising underwriting capabilities across our London Market business.
Reporting into the Head of Business Analyst & Testing Services, you’ll act as a trusted partner to Underwriters, Operations, Technology, and third‑party partners—ensuring business needs are translated into scalable, future‑ready solutions that strengthen our market competitiveness.
This role sits at the heart of a major transformation programme and operates closely with the Underwriting Workbench Programme Director in a matrix capacity. As Senior Business Analyst, you will directly shape the future of how our underwriting organisation works—driving efficiency, improving data quality and insight, and strengthening governance and market performance.
