This role is ideal for someone who is confident leading analysis activity on major initiatives and acting as a senior point of expertise within the team.

A bit about the job:

This role sits within our Group Enterprise Technology (GET) team, supporting a major strategic Cloud transformation programme that is central to Aviva's future technology strategy. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand needs, translate them into high-quality requirements and ensure that the solutions we deliver are aligned to customer outcomes and organisational goals. You'll lead analysis activities for assigned projects, support early discovery work and provide senior guidance to other analysts. Your work will play a critical part in ensuring we deliver high-quality, scalable Cloud solutions that improve how Aviva operates today and in the future.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Proven experience delivering projects that involve Cloud technologies (essential).
• Strong background in business analysis across complex or enterprise-scale change.
• Ability to shape early-inception work, define scope and challenge decisions constructively.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, including workshops.
• Experience producing high-quality requirements, process documentation and supporting testing activity.

• Starting salary c. £65,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
