Site Manager - Malvern

Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 6‑week project based in Malvern, working on an extension within a live school environment. This is a great opportunity for a proactive and safety‑focused Site Manager who is confident managing works in sensitive, live environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day site operations on a school extension project
- Manage subcontractors and ensure works are delivered to programme
- Maintain high standards of health & safety at all times
- Ensure minimal disruption to the live school environment
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings
- Liaise with the client, stakeholders, and project team
Requirements
- Valid SMSTS
- Valid CSCS Card
- First Aid at Work (FAW)
- Proven experience managing projects within live environments (schools preferred)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
